WHAT IS A WOOKIE?
All Wookies are made using a traditional cookie dough that I put my #WaffleQueen flare on, resulting in delicious, unique, and glorious Wookie doughs! Every Wookie is waffled on the bottom and there are multiple flavor combinations to reach for. Some Wookies are crunchier like a cookie, some are soft and fluffy like a waffle, and some are even BROOKIED (brownie batter added to the Wookie dough, giving you a more brownie-like texture)! No matter which Wookie you choose, you are bound to have a phenomenal Wookie Experience! Let's face the facts, I don't have #WookieMonsters for nothing! Try your hand at these delectable, gourmet treats and see for yourself!
WHEN DO I GET MY WOOKIES?
All Wookies are baked fresh during the week and shipped out NO LATER than the following MONDAY by USPS 2/3 Day Priority shipping. All orders must be in by Sunday night to be prepared and shipped the following Monday! If there is a holiday your Wookies will ship the following business day. I bake and ship once a week. So if you order on a Monday your order may not go out for up to 7 days. If you have a larger order or need something sooner contact me via email or chat or make a NOTE at checkout and I will try to accommodate. I will always email your tracking information once your Wookies are on their way!
HOW SHOULD I EAT A WOOKIE?
Upon receiving, you can either consume immediately, throw them into a 350 degree oven for a 3-5 minutes OR for an extra crunch you can broil for 2-3 min (The Waffle Queens FAVORITE way to consume them!). OR instantly warm them up in the microwave if you simply cannot wait for the oven to heat up (15-20 seconds at a time I would say). From FROZEN you can microwave about 45 seconds and bam instantly warm!!! I have even had customers use their convection oven and an air fryer!! OH MY GOODNESS! Possibilities are endless!
HOW LONG DO THEY KEEP?
Have the self control of a God? You can FREEZE your Wookie and save them for a later date! My Wookie’s have a shelf life of about 7-14 days, and once in the freezer you can keep them for months! Longest I have kept them in the freezer 6 months! They defrost in no time, just take them out for 20-30 minutes if you can wait and enjoy a cold treat. Red is for Lovers is soooo good cold!
WHAT ARE THE MACROS?
The best part about my Wookies is that the Macros are UNKNOWN! This Wookie is your GUILTY pleasure. However, for those tracking I have rounded up the estimate that clocks in at 100c/16f/8p approx 576 calories for each 5-6oz. Wookie not including toppers! This makes for the perfect pre or post workout btw! #WookieGains
All of my Wookies are prepared and baked in a facility that contains nuts and other byproducts. The Wookies themselves may also contain one or more of the following: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and/or tree nuts. If you have any concerns regarding this topic, please feel free to reach out to me!

DO YOU SHIP YOUR WAFFLES?
My waffle creations are only available at local events in the Panama City/Panama City Beach area. Some day I hope to have a to have a food truck so I may travel and spread the waffle and Wookie love but until then I am only at local events. Local to PCB? ARE YOUR WAFFLES HEALTHY?
My waffle creations are your traditional waffle but LOW CALORIE and HIGH PROTEIN! My vision was to create something that was not nutritionally sound and make it an experience that leaves you feeling guilt free. My featured waffles of the month all have the macro breakdown (carbs, protein, fat) in each waffle so you can track guilt free and know you are getting a balanced meal of carbs, protein and fats. I also am HOME OF THE 1 CARB WAFFLE! Yup you read that right. You can get a waffle for as little as 1 CARB! (1 carb, 6 fat, 30 protein = 178 calories) I use a sugar free syrup so no added carbs there!
WHAT IS A MACRO?
A macro is short for MACROnutrient. All foods are made up of these. Macronutrients are a combination of CARBS (carbohydrates), PROTEIN and FAT. All foods contain one or more of these nutrients. Foods also contain MICROnutrients as well and these are your minerals and vitamins found in each food. We will stick to MACROs for this FAQ though. If you have more questions feel free to ask below! Each macro has a set calorie per gram attached to it... CARBS = 4 calories, PROTEIN = 4 calories, FATS = 9 calories. This is how your calories are calculated, based on the number of carbs, proteins and fats in each food item. For example my 1 carb waffle using my Snickerdoodle protein powder is 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 whole egg, total macros are 1 CARB, 6 FAT (fat comes from the protein powder and whole egg), 30 PROTEIN (protein is coming from the egg and the protein powder) the calories are then calculated as such:
1 CARB: 1X4 = 4 (1 gram of carbs x 4 calories = 4)
6 FAT: 6X9 = 54 (6 grams of fat x 9 calories = 54)
30 PROTEIN: 30X4 = 120 (30 grams of protein x 4 calories - 120)
TOTAL CALORIES = 4 + 54 + 120 = 178 CALORIES
WHAT ARE THE MACROS?
Each featured waffle will have the macro breakdown on the featured waffles menu at each event. If you choose to BYOW (build your own waffle) I can break down that macros for you but know the base waffle of a BYOW will be approx 178 calories (1 carb, 6 fat, 30 protein) this all depends on the waffle base (protein powder) you choose any toppings if any.
MOST of my waffles are created with a whey/casein based protein protein powder so if you have a dairy intolerance these may not be for you. I do offer a pizza waffle where the base is a traditional pizza dough however again the dairy from the cheese may cause an upset stomach. As for GLUTEN we can make you a gluten free waffle just ask me how at my events!
